Haskins and Associates APC offers an in-person analysis of your real estate and unsecured debt situation and property valuation based on current comparable sales in your neighborhood. When you meet with us we will have your transaction history and current valuation analysis ready to review.
We will inform you as to what your specific liabilities are for real estate debt and advise you as to the best course of action to take to resolve your real estate and other debt issues. We will go over your options, including their costs and consequences. The options include short sales, loan modification, bankruptcy, deed in lieu of foreclosure, refinance, and allowing the foreclosure to go through. Please note that we cannot negotiate a loan modification for you.
Forensic Loan/Foreclosure Audit - $795 Flat Fee
Many of the foreclosures that we review have serious violations of the California state laws governing the foreclosure process. Identifying the violations committed by your lender or the foreclosure company may allow you to stop or reverse the foreclosure process. Our foreclosure auditor will review your foreclosure paperwork to locate and identify violations of the foreclosure statutes. He will then prepare a detailed report to your and our attorneys. The initial meeting with the foreclosure auditor to review your paperwork is at no cost to you.
If you desire our loan auditor will review your real estate loan paperwork to locate and identify possible violations of Federal Law. He will then prepare a detailed report for you for use in your loan modification or other arrangement (deed in lieu, etc.) or to file suit against your lender for predatory lending.
